Exchanges/Cancellations/Returns:
Due to the nature of the product and for hygienic purposes. I do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations, but please contact me if you have problems with your order.

However, if an item breaks due to a flaw in the design. (This does not include normal wear and tear and/or improper care of your item(s)). This will require a photo from you and review of the item before a decision is made. This is a case by case basis. (Must be within the 14 day time frame from when you purchased your product). Customer will be responsible for any return shipping, if necessary.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 7-10 days for products to be made and shipped. Product creation starts the day payment is made. Items will be shipped out mon-fri. Shipping is not done on the weekends as post offices are closed.
I am not liable for any delays in shipping and transit once carrier receives the item. You will receive a tracking number for tracking purposes.
